Mobile-Jason’s Fitness of Mobile was established in 1981, making it the oldest health club in Mobile, Alabama.

We are located at 3724 Cottage Hill Rd. Mobile, AL 36609.  Jason’s was the first in Mobile to introduce One On

One Personal Training. It has since become our specialty. We also offer a full range of regular health club

memberships which includes: a large selection of free weight equipment, as well as a huge array of machines

and cardiovascular equipment. We offer tanning services, massage, basketball, and complete shower and

dressing facilities.  We even have a state of the art batting cage with softball and baseball! Jason’s has always

limited the membership, so that it is never crowded and every member gets the results they have come to

expect.

Monday-Thursday 8:00am-8:00pm

 Friday 8:00am-7:00pm 

Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm

Sunday 3:00-5:00pm
